Sola

About
In a context of curricular disorganization in university (and even school) schedules, Sola emerges as an intermediary platform to communicate activities and obligations of university students in a practical and objective way.
Challenge
The primary focus of the project was the visualization of the software's calendar interface. This would allow us to understand how the schedule format provided by universities would function in practice through the platform. The challenge of defining the project's core narrative led us to this question: How can we create software focused on event creation and academic calendar organization that is adaptable to various educational segments?
Solution
To build the project, we employed a concept of layers and activity grouping — associating an event or commitment with a removable tag (like a "Post-It," for example). This draws a parallel with the educational environment, which often involves notes, stationery, and similar items. However, it's viewed through a more technological and futuristic lens, with the vertical overlay of cards reflected in the symbol.
Result
Caitlyn cuts through complexity to uncover the signals that guide decisions and unlock competitive advantage. It transforms overwhelming volumes of data into clarity, confidence, and direction. The goal was to build a brand that transcends technology, one that reflects purpose as much as capability. This idea became the foundation for the entire identity and communication system.
